Shuttle Service
Our convenient shuttle runs throughout The Summit, so you are always close to your next favorite store or restaurant. The shuttle loops approximately every 20 minutes.
Shuttle hours are:
Monday – Friday 4pm-9pm
Saturday Noon-9pm
Sunday Noon-6pm

Security
The Summit security team offers 24 hour patrol, 7 days a week to ensure the safest shopping and dining environment. Request an escort to your car at anytime by calling (205) 281-1889.
ATMs
Regions and Wachovia bank branches are located at The Summit, providing 24-hour ATM service.
Pet-Friendly
The Summit invites customers to bring their well-behaved pets on leashes to the center and into select stores. See our pet-friendly policy and pet-friendly stores.

Visitor information packets and special offers
We are happy to provide shopping directories, savings passports and reusable tote bags for conference visitors, wedding guests, family reunions or other groups upon request, while supplies last. Call Guest Services at (205) 967-0111 or stop by to submit your request.
Baggage Check
Release yourself from oversized suitcases or baggage so you can enjoy an unencumbered shopping and dining experience. Bring your luggage to Guest Services; we’ll issue you a claim check for your bags and safely store them until your visit to The Summit is completed.
Taxi Service
We are happy to schedule transportation for you. Note that approximate wait time will be 15-30 minutes.
